  • Basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and interactions with our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Analytics).

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our contact form (or otherwise give us your express written consent), you agree to receive SMS text messages from Canyon Villas related to your inquiry.

  • Types of messages. Tour scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, responses to your questions, pricing and availability updates, and — with your consent — occasional promotional or community messages.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent to receive text messages is not required to buy any property, product, or service from us.

Your mobile information stays private. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile opt-in information only with the vendors that help us operate our messaging and customer-relationship tools, and only so we can deliver the messages you asked to receive. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
